She helped me gain movement back in my toe and was so helpful suggesting the right footwear to purchase. After working with Courtney my range of motion and strength have greatly improved. I am back exercising, wearing normal shoes and all my pain is gone. Everyone at the office is friendly and I highly recommend POST Rehab and Wellness.

I started going to Post Rehab Physical Therapy on in The Woodlands to get stronger and hopefully ease some of the pain, and I’m so glad I did. My therapist is incredibly knowledgeable and explained my condition better than anyone ever has. She’s also done dry needling on my shoulders, and the relief and improved movement were almost immediate. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and professional, and they truly care. Highly recommend this location — it’s already made a big difference for me.
