came in with a broken pair of sunglasses and was so happy that Tyler fixed them on the spot. She truly went above and beyond to make sure they were tightened properly and super secure. It honestly made my day!

I decided to try this clinic based on the outstanding reviews, and overall, the medical care was excellent. Dr. Mireles was fantastic—very thorough, professional, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. She took her time during the exam and explained everything clearly. I even recommended her to my wife, and she had a great experience with the doctor as well.
However, the front desk experience needs improvement. On two separate visits, I encountered the same staff member who was not very friendly and seemed impatient when answering questions. For example, when I returned to get a copy of my prescription, I was met with a dismissive tone instead of helpful guidance. My wife also mentioned that an extra charge was added to her exam without clear explanation beforehand.
To be fair, another front desk staff member was very polite and professional, so this seems to be an isolated issue. I hope the clinic addresses this because the doctors here truly provide excellent care, and better customer service at the front desk would make the experience perfect.

I needed a cheap pair of glasses quick before I changed Insurance at year end but I only needed them to last for 4 months until I have cataract surgery it is my understanding after the surgery they will be worthless. But I can't see properly right now so I needed a new pair of glasses. I shopped around online a bit and determined LensCrafters would be my best bet and still be covered by my insurance.
When I arrived at the store I learned not all of glasses that they have online are available in the store so that upped the price a bit. However in the store they will take your pupil measurements and if you don't have that it may be a bit risky to order online
Kevin waited on me and he was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He went out of his way to find what I needed that my insurance would pay for.
I asked him a couple questions about add-ons and determined it made sense for me to spend a little out of pocket to have a better pair of glasses. I thought Kevin was honest with me and absolutely put no pressure on me to buy the upgrade.
This is my first experience with LensCrafters and Kevin. Based on that experience I will have to go back again when I need my next pair of glasses

From the moment we walked into LensCrafters, the level of professionalism was immediately noticeable. The entire experience was smooth, welcoming, and far above anything we’ve encountered at other glasses stores. The quality of the glasses is truly top-tier — you can feel and see the difference right away.
After having disappointing experiences elsewhere, this location completely restored our confidence. Karla took care of my wife and me with incredible attention to detail, respect, and genuine care. Her customer service was exceptional — she listened, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable and confident in every decision. We never felt rushed or pressured, only supported.
It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, knowledge, and kindness so seamlessly. Karla went above and beyond to make sure we walked out completely satisfied, and because of her, this experience stood out in the best way possible.
LensCrafters has earned our trust, and this is officially the only place we’ll be going for our glasses. If you value quality, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended without hesitation.

Abigail to be honest was insanely hospitable and helpful. Went in for a simple glasses fix and left out not only with my glasses fixed but also feeling like Lencrafters is the only glasses place in Houston.. I get about three pair of glasses a year almost and will only come back to this location from now on. Inside of the establishment clean and actually every employee was warm and acknowledged. If you want a great experience with the best in and out experience, check them out asap! Nothing like feeling comfortable!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
