Unlike my previous pharmacy, where I often had to make multiple trips, HEB ensures everything is ready for pickup at once. If something is on order, they call me ahead of time so I’m never caught off guard. Prescriptions are clearly labeled in their online app, making tracking effortless. The process is seamless, efficient, and far more streamlined than anywhere I’ve been before. I’m so glad my insurance brought me here—this is simply the best pharmacy experience!

I say this, because two individuals were incapable of properly updating my insurance and kept insisting that I owed money for my prescription. Amazingly, they couldn’t even enter the correct information from an insurance card they were holding in their hand. This is incompetence at its finest. People have to REALLY stay informed and on top of everything in their lives because of people like this that can’t do their jobs properly.

Oh my goodness. Never again will I send scripts there. And to think that I like HEB supermarket and just wanted to support them with my business. I guess HEB doesn't need the extra business.
