I had my hearing aids repaired and Victoria simply downloaded the original program to the repaired hearing aids without bothering to perform another Real Ear Measurement! If you didn't have your new hearing aids fitted this way using this mandatory adjustment process, then you are not fitted properly. It doesn't matter that my old program was the same from the original hearing aids, the repaired devices were never checked to see if they are meeting my prescription needs. $6000 spent on hearing aids, I don't think I’m asking for too much to be refitted. She was too lazy to do her job. I guess she wanted to make sure she had time to go outside to smoke her cigarettes instead.
