  Dr. Sonya Davis truly cares about my wellbeing. This is the only doctor, on the planet, I look forward to seeing. The entire staff is polite, professional, and they all care about their patience.

  I didn’t have to wait long at all at today’s appointment. Ms Hixon was kind, thorough and professional and explained everything. She erred on the side of caution and took a very quick and painless biopsy. Glad to be a patient at this practice!

  Front office check in was very easy. Front office staff was kind and pleasant. Dr. Nguyen is absolutely awesome. He made my experience easy. Very kind human being. His assistant was also kind. I love an office that you walk into and feel welcomed. I absolutely recommend Dr. Nguyen for care.

  Never been here, but I am simply commenting on the incompetent front office staff who either have zero training or are just plain dumb. I was referred by a friend here, I checked out the website, and saw an appt request online. Did that on a Thursday. Tuesday they call me at 8 am and I didn't answer because I was still asleep. Called back around 1230 and whoever answered said she couldnt handle making me an appt because she doesnt do that and someone would call me back after lunch who could. Okay, fine. Nobody called. I called back at 345, and again, the person who answered couldnt figure out how to make an appt for me until I got transferred to Michelle who didnt understand why I was calling to begin with. Everyone here seems like they are either stupid or just incompetent and if your front office cant get it together, I dont want to deal with your team at all. Get it together people.
