  I arrived without an appointment because I was running low on my medications for high blood pressure and Type II diabetes—and, above all, due to the fact that my private health insurance providers (PCPs) had cancelled three of my appointments over the last three and a half months, making it impossible for me to obtain my prescriptions through that channel. Fortunately, this urgent care facility was able to honor my insurer's medical consultation discount agreement, allowing me to obtain the prescriptions for my medications while I await my next appointment with my PCP (in the hope that they won't cancel on me again just two days before the scheduled date). I received excellent care and treatment from both the doctor and the administrative staff.

  Excellent Clinic! Very clean. Fantastic nurses and nurse practitioners. Took care of me quickly. On time! Again very clean and excellent staff.

  Terrible. I was so sick and although under care by my doctor for treating my pneumonia so it was worrisome when it was affecting my asthma but his office isn’t open on Sunday. My doctor always has encouraged me to go to urgent care or worst case ER when they are not open. However the doctor at American Urgent Care in Sterling Ridge, The Woodlands TX did absolutely nothing to help me and she insinuated I was lying that my doctor encouraged that… So I left and the next day I went to my doctor and I was super sick, he changed up my steroid and antibiotics regimen as well as gave me an antibiotic shot. However I just had to pay a $163 to the urgent care when they literally didn’t treat, nor help me at all. Makes no sense, what is the point of urgent care places? Basically my lesson learned is skip over these urgent cares that just steal your money for literally doing nothing and just go to the hospital ER in the future…
