  Staff is friendly and concerned regarding your need. My staffer was Ms. Woodkins which also addressed my needs and handled my problems of me having small difficult veins. She takes care and does a great job with this problem that I have with only one stick.

  The one star is only for the fast service, but other than that the staff is unprofessional and rude. Quest either should go ahead and shut this location down or hire a whole new staff. I never met a medical team so unpleasant in my life. I’m currently here and being that this is a small facility, I can hear all the conversations. Even the staff worker in the room next door is nasty to that customer. I brought my uncle for a urinalysis test and I was shocked from how they carried this company. Let alone the urine cup they supplied was out of line. I will be calling corporate to check on their company at this location ! In the meantime, please don’t go to this location. The one in Texas City is more professional.

  Check in was easy and wait time was limited. The facility was clean and the Lisa, the technician greeted me in a very friendly professional manner.

  Brought my son here to get lab work done and went back to the dic to get the results it was inaccurate cause the lab technician left the blood out too long this office needs to fire and rehire thats lazy and very unprofessional

  The staff was rude and dismissive when I asked if they had a vein finder to help get blood from my 8 month old. My son was a nicu baby for 110 days and the best had to use tools to help get blood from him. Maybe you should consider training and providing tools to help your staff. My son was stuck twice without success due to your staff cocky attitude and dismissive nature. We were told to reschedule at a later date. Myself nor any of my family will ever be back to this facility due to this experience. Shame on you for sticking a baby and not even feeling or seeing a vein. I am ashamed that there are healthcare workers with such little compassion. They all should be sitting on the unemployment line. Not the first time I have had a bad experience with this phlebotomy tech. If I could give 0 stars I would.
