  I have been shopping at GNC since around 2016 and have always had a very good experience, never having any problems until I moved to La Marque TX and started picking up my online orders at this location 3563 Palmer Highway in Texas City, the associate who work at this location every time I go to pick up my order tell me she didn't receive the order three times now the first she told me they didn't have BOGO 50% off and when I said ok I'll go to another location she decided to honor it, this evening was the third time I have been inconvenience at this location and when I complained about it she told me it was an independently owned franchise and they don't have to honor any online advertising. REALLY? I will take my money elsewhere from now on going forward.

  I placed a pick up order and when I went to get it basically the owner told the employee in the store he wouldn’t make enough profit and to refuse the sell. So I drove out of my way bc the owner is greedy and was only going to make $13 profit on a $60 purchase. Save your time and go to the league city location, much much better store.

  Lisa is a horrible sales person. She have horrible customer service. Asked for a product and asked if she could call the other stores she named and she stated that we could Google and call ourselves. Then she said she is the manager and there is no General Manager over her. For her to say she has been there for 20 years is an embarrassment. She should have better customer service skills than that.

  Felt like I needed an appointment to ask for a certain product. The lady here is more interested in her Social Media than taking care of a Customer. Absolutely horrible service, I will never use this location again
