- SRS RamDec 30, 20251.0I ordered my prescription glasses. They don't have proper technology which adjust the glasses within the frame. I cancelled my order and they didn't release my insurance authorization. When I asked them to release it, they said their manager is on vacation and will take little bit more time to release. Later I called my insurance and cancelled the authorization. They are not reliable. The store associates are less knowledgable and won't give right info to the customers.
- YBYour Favorite BikerDec 27, 20252.0Over $600 for glasses that need to be replaced after 18 months because the coating on the lenses starts flaking off. They didn't offer to fix them. Only option is to buy another set of lenses. Just use your eye dr for glasses, vision for less scammed me.
