Clean facility, plenty of equipment even during busy gym hours. Their support team take their jobs seriously and care very much about your experience. Love to see it!
- DRDave RodgersSep 8, 20252.0My whole family is overweight. Myself included. I was excited to join Gymbox because they allowed my 14 yr old son to go with me. The problem is they have certain hours that allow guests to come!!! I didn’t notice this until after I signed up and read it on a sign they had taped up. When I called to cancel they said it was $100 fee! My family members are self conscience and are new to working out so I was going to train them when the gym wasn’t full. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible So definitely READ THE FINE PRINT. I didn’t know I had signed up for a year commitment and I didn’t know I couldn’t bring guests during certain hours. I can’t completely blame the staff for my ignorance but before you sign up KNOW WHAT YOU’RE COMMITTING TO.
