September 22nd I called in 2 of my husbands prescriptions and one of mine that were low and needed to be refilled. The recording said his prescriptions were expired would I like to have Albertsons call my doctor for a refill. I replied with a yes using the proper key. My prescription was filled the next day, his were not. I was able to pick mine up Saturday the 27th and his prescriptions were still not filled. The lady said they had not heard from our doctor yet and I told her that was rather odd since it had been nearly a week and still no prescription refills and that isn't like them. She said they would try again. When I didn't get notified Monday that they were ready, I called my doctors office Tuesday morning and asked the nurse about it and she said it had been called in on Monday. OK, it's Wednesday and I called the line at the pharmacy again since I got off later than expected and didn't get a notification and I got the recording that the prescription was expired and would I like to have them contact my doctor. I could not leave a voicemail. My husband is out of his medicine tomorrow morning. I will be calling in the morning and there better be 2 prescriptions being filled. I've been using them for 30 years, I think it's going to be time I found a new and more reliable pharmacy to do business with as this is not the first time this year I've had this problem with them. Look past your NOSES and Check for doctors orders! It should not take a week and a half to fill a prescription. And by they way, our prescriptions are supposed to be on auto fill, so I should not even have to call the darn things in and both of his meds showed 1 refill left, so how are they expired to begin with?

I had total knee replacement surgery 3 days ago and this pharmacy seems to have an issue with the fact that my doctor prescribed me pain medication. When I tried to get it filled yesterday the lady on the phone had a bad attitude and told me it was out of stock and would get any in until October, I called this morning and the man on the phone said they have it in stock but it’ll take a few hours to fill. Mind you the doctor sent it in yesterday, so I’ve already been waiting a whole day. If I could give negative stars I would! These people need to leave their bad attitudes and personal beliefs at home and fill the prescriptions per the doctor's orders!
