  I don't leave 1-star reviews. And the team and staff at Quest were kind and helpful. We are cash pay. Meaning we don't get service unless we pay. We paid for labs half a year ago. We are now being sent to collections because they claim we did not pay. We've sent them receipt after receipt. They are impossible to get in touch with. We get no replies, just countless letters saying we owe money, though we've been able to prove we paid (again, we don't get service unless we pay). One of the most incompetently-run companies I've ever dealt with. If you are cash pay, find any other lab in the area.

  Had labs drawn 3/2 in the am, and was told my results would be uploaded at the latest by 3/3. They are about to close and results have yet to be loaded and my ivf clinic is still waiting on results. Absolutely the worst, will never go back!

  Tech was excellent put you at ease, also while we were talking helped me figure something else out. Will definitely use Quest again.

  Always a great experience at this clinic. Very conveniently located. Nurses are very knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to check in with your phone
