When I walked in I was greeted friendly with no appointment. Dan and Alysia were amazing people...Showed me my foot prints and no pain in my ankle and back walking straight. Come to the good feet store before getting rid of your shoes. You'll walk out 100%.

Came in with pain in my back, legs, knees and feet at about 7 out of 10 on pain. When I left, I was down to 5 on the pain scale. My wife said that my posture has already improved!
The sales reps were very friendly and very helpful. I recommend the good feet store to anyone with pain in your lower back and legs!
Thank you!

Great customer service from Alicia and Edwin. They were extremely professional and addressed all our questions and concerns. In addition, they did not pressure me into making the big purchase which I really appreciated. The entire visit was fun, enjoyable, and welcoming from the start. I highly recommend this store for anyone seeking care for their feet backed up with passion and honesty.

This is a review of my experience at my initial visit. I did purchase the package of 3 inserts with 3 insoles. It was 1500.00!! Holy crap! When you have had feet pain as long as I have, you will bite the bullet and try anything.
The staff were very nice and seemed knowledgeable. I was glad to get all 3 persons imput. They all have different levels of knowledge. I had to push though, to have them bring out different styles to try. The first 2 were too intense. I couldn't have got through the feet training period with them. I am on day 3. I feel the stress on my body getting things inline. I'll just push through and hope through the process I'll eventually get relief. I will updated my review in a few weeks in my progress.
P.S. they want to put your feet on a vibrating pad for blood stimulation prior to doing anything. I didn't do that. I thought it might alter true feeling in my feet prior to trying the inserts.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet Store arch supports different from standard insoles or inserts?
Good Feet Arch Supports are specifically designed to provide firm yet flexible support that helps correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief solutions, unlike generic online or drugstore inserts.
Can arch supports help if I wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often the foot itself causes discomfort, not the shoes. Good Feet arch supports stabilize the foot to reduce pain from common foot and related problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home on the same day of purchase?
Yes, for customers aged 6 and above, the store stocks a full inventory and you can take your fitted arch supports home the same day.
