I came in to get help because my shoes causes my heel to hurt so bad I can’t walk on my heel. And the employees there are amazing! They were all fantastic and very helpful.
I highly recommend coming here if you have issues with your feet, or knees or back pain. They can help with all that! I love the Brooks shoes I got and the arch supports are so comfortable.
Go in and let these amazing people help bring you relief

This maybe be buyers remorse, but I don't think we got everything they charged us for. A $53 charge for arch activators we can't find. Phil said the socks were part of the deal, and now there is a $17 per pair of socks charge. The receipt is confusing to read as the descriptions are somewhat vague. My advice is to see a itemized list of charges and not what the salesman says. And with a no return policy you have no way to back out later.

I took my 90 year old mother to the Good Feet Store and I had to apologize to her that I didn't take her sooner. She's not easily sold on trying new things, but she left the store very pleased. Since suffering a stroke 10 years ago and chronic arthritis pain in her right knee, ankle, and foot, she rarely has a day without pain. With the personal care, expertise, and professionalism by Alysia (Edwin and the team), my mother had pain relief, before we even left the store, that she hasn't experienced in years. We are grateful for God's divine grace that led us into the store and for the outstanding care that my mother received from the moment we walked in the door. Many thanks to Alysia for your kindness and expertise. Your resourcefulness in finding ways to accommodate my mother’s limitations is unmatched and greatly appreciated! You were amazingly compassionate with my precious Gem, and I extend my sincere gratitude to you. May God's grace and peace be with you always.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet Store arch supports different from standard insoles or inserts?
Good Feet Arch Supports are specifically designed to provide firm yet flexible support that helps correct poor foot biomechanics, offering long-term pain relief solutions, unlike generic online or drugstore inserts.
Can arch supports help if I wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, often the foot itself causes discomfort, not the shoes. Good Feet arch supports stabilize the foot to reduce pain from common foot and related problems.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home on the same day of purchase?
Yes, for customers aged 6 and above, the store stocks a full inventory and you can take your fitted arch supports home the same day.
