  Great experience at ProCare Injury Specialists in Temple, TX. The staff was professional, efficient, and actually took the time to listen. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth. You can tell they care about getting you fully recovered. Highly recommend.

  Today was a bitter sweet end of day . I have come to end my session with Pro Care . From the beginning to the end this staff has been patient and all together amazing. Just want to say Thank you from the front Stephanie and Sheena with they welcoming smiles and behind the doors of workout with Essence, Dr. Acosta , Jermey , with magic touches Awesome ..never a dull day it felt so good to be in their hands I think I fell asleep a couple of times as I was placed in my positions. lol Dr Kim and his Assistant Monica and Dr Hazel Viruet for everything. If you ever need cupping decompression good core exercises come here. Again Thank you guys for everything ❤️Reta Williams

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Care at ProCare – Temple, TX I’m very thankful for the care I’ve received at ProCare, especially from Dr. Hazel and Essence. I came in with ongoing shoulder pain, and from the start, they were thorough, attentive, and professional. Dr. Hazel took the time to carefully assess my shoulders and clearly explain the treatment approach. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how detailed and thoughtful the care has been. Essence has been incredibly kind and supportive during my visits. Her professionalism and encouragement have made each appointment a positive experience. The front desk and office staff also deserve recognition — they are welcoming, organized, and efficient. Scheduling has been smooth, questions are answered promptly, and the overall office environment feels supportive and well-run. If you’re looking for a team that listens, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about your progress, I highly recommend ProCare in Temple.

Not just as a patient — but as a person. They listened to me. They encouraged me on the hard days. They celebrated my progress, even when it felt small. The front desk staff were always warm and welcoming, the medical team was knowledgeable and compassionate, and everyone made sure I understood my treatment every step of the way. Today was my “graduation day,” and honestly, I felt emotional leaving. That says a lot. You don’t feel sad walking away from a place unless the people truly mattered to you. They became like family during a very difficult season of my life. If you’ve been injured and you’re scared, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to go — go here. They will take care of you the right way.
