Terrified going in, confident coming out. Made an appt. Waited maybe 20 minutes, in and OUT. Insurance covered most of it- new favorite check up spot hands down!!!

This was my second visit. Everyone is friendly, and I was seen very quickly. I have already told family and friends how impressed I have been during both visits.

Received a TB skin test on June 2025, then on March 2026 I received a letter stating that I had an outstanding balance when I actually paid fully on June (Keep in mind a TB test involves 2 visits, there is no way both staff and me would forget the payment in both occasions), so I called them, and they said they had no record of the payment for which the only solution they proposed was to pay again, for which I refused because I don’t want to be double billed because of their mistake, and they said that they would escalate the situation with a higher up, for which I never received an update. Then 1 month later (now) I received a second letter threatening with late fees, like nothing happened and no updates on my first call, and then when I call again there are no operators available to take the call, so it feels like I’m going to be forced to make a double payment because of their lack of organization. I hope this situation isn’t happening to more people or doesn’t happen in the future

I have been going to this urgent care for over 5 years I have been very happy. On this last visit I went after being sick for over 2 weeks . I had seen my primary at SW and then went to VA ER. Nothing help . But after the next day from getting treatment . I started to feel better. Now after just a few days I am almost complete recover. You should be very proud of the amazing staff at your Temple facility
