- MAMiles AdkisonNov 17, 20251.0On the evening of 11/17/25, I stopped by the Taylor H-E-B pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my very ill spouse. While waiting in the drive-thru, I was assisted by a tall, middle-aged white woman at the window. I told her I was there to pick up a prescription for my spouse and began trying to identify her. Before I could even say my wife’s name, the woman rudely asked me twice for her date of birth. It took me a moment to recall the date of birth, and during that time she looked at me with an expression of disgust and frustration. I started to tell her how rude she was, but she walked away and left a pharmacist to finish the transaction. I have used the H-E-B pharmacy exclusively since moving here, but after this experience, I think I’ll be going elsewhere. I don’t need to be treated that way.
