  Found an appointment the same day, waited less than 20 minutes. The phlebotomists were helpful, attentive and caring with my children and I. Coming here if we ever need lab work again!

  Quick in and out with excellent care and service. It was my daughter’s first time giving blood for testing, she was fasting and after the blood draw, she fainted and fell. Suan and her other colleagues quickly took care of her and let her sit for as long as needed for her to feel better. I’d go back to this location for any future blood test needs.

  Trash scheduling service. The AI they use is the worst thing ever invented. I was going to go here but after arguing with the ai scheduler for 20 minutes I’m just going to go somewhere else that actually has a customer service department.

  It seems to open recently. When I arrived in the morning, only two people were waiting. All the facilities were very clean, and the staff was very kind and skillful!

  I walked in on a Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m.. I used the self-checking kiosk. Self-checking kiosk was easy to use. Since I was a walk-in. It informed me that all of the slots are taken so I could be waiting for an hour or so. I still went ahead and checked in on a standby list. Funny enough, I was the first one to be called. While there were two other people sitting in the main area. The nurse who checked me in and who draw my blood was very friendly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The only complaint I have they don't have the name outside on the building so it's hard to locate it. This Lab is in between Texas eye institute and my dental.
