Service was amazing. Ayesha assisted me in picking out the perfect frame. She was so knowledgeable about the lens and I feel I got the best pair of glasses for me.
Dr Tan seem very concern about the issue with my eyes, his compassion was felt . He even took the time to make a personal call to me, to check if the meds was working and how I was feeling. This type of care is rare. I'm so grateful for a like Dr Tan. Thank you Dr. Tan!

All the employees, including the front desk and technicians/support staff (?) have been very helpful, personable, and kind. Dr. Burr is upbeat, thorough, listens well, and answers all my questions. So far, so good!!

Excellence all over is what I observed the moment I arrived at the parking lot!
The waiting area/reception was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The front desk staff was pleasantly professional. Cindy(Very pleasant, thorough, explaining every step of my procedure), Dr. Tan, (very professional with a wonderful personality and his HUGE smile), and Mary (very pleasant). It was a lengthy process but I did not even realize how long I had been in the facility till I stepped out. It was a wonderful experience. Definitely a 10/10. Thank you.

I was told I would have $10 co pay for simple glasses and contract prescription after checking and making sure they took my plan. On the day of my appt at 7:40 am (appt was for 9:30 am) I was told my appt would have to be canceled because the optometrist was not available. I didn’t think much of it and got another one for 1:40 pm. When I arrived I signed waivers for fees and there was told that my prescription for contacts would be decided by the various “levels of billing” for contact exam. I have never come across this before. I do not wear special contacts or glasses with a mild script. I was then called by the tech who started with the usual check but then because I did not have an old script to show I was made to do an automatic refraction. I only know this because I asked a colleague later. I was told this machine checked my cornea and left at that. Then the usual refraction was done. I was then told I had to either get a dilation exam or pay extra for a retina scan. I said I would defer a dilation and just wanted to get a simple glasses and contact script. I was told I had to pick one, and went with the dilation. I then waited 40 minutes or so and another tech came and asked me to put on contacts and let them know how I could “see”. This is after being dilated……The optometrist finally came in for the last 5 minutes and looked at my eyes with the contact on. I was left to checkout without any sun protection. And billed for either a level 2 or 3 for a contact prescription. Despite my insurance I ended paying way more than what was initially discussed. After asking around I was told this was not standard. Never coming back here again.
