Finally found a place that I feel comfortable with the supervison of a trainer that won’t let me get hurt, but knows how to get me to the place I exert all I can to reach my potential. I don’t have the aches and pain that I had before and am able to lift and not get back strain, keeping me out of a doctors office so the expense is not so bad. I recommend this to all. Don’t mind going since it only takes 20 minuets of my day.
