Great customer service, and they help you make the best decisions for everything from what your eyes need best to see and to best be protected to helping you with aesthetics and what frames suit your face best. They're also very reasonable and more cost-effective than the last four optical stores I've used in the past that took my insurance. I made the change to Target Optical when I changed jobs and those other places were no longer covered. Luckily, Target Optical is still covered under my new job's insurance plan. Even so, whenever I've reached my max benefits and have needed new glasses before the next plan year and, thus, have needed to pay out of pocket, Target Optical is still affordable and comparable to other places. Plus, they often run promotions that help reduce the cost close to what it would be with insurance. The things that could be improved are better communication and follow-up on when your completed glasses prescription is ready (sort of hit or miss on this) and having a better, wider selection of frames to choose from. I'd still rate them 5 stars, though, because I have no intention of changing from having them fill my prescriptions.
