  For parents of all ages, avoid this location… they have zero customer service. I'm also unsure if there was a pharmacist in charge. The technician left my medication on the counter; when I grabbed my bag, I saw someone approach and did not say a word. Great! Pharmacists in Texas have a duty to counsel patients, especially when dispensing a new medication. I'm glad it's a medication I've previously been prescribed. Parents go to H-E-B or Walmart!

  Insufficient staff produce long lines and wait times during common business hours. Krogers at Brazos Town Center further South never has this issue, as they use three employees to fulfill orders during popular business hours, two dedicated inside to registers and one for the drive through versus the one only at Krogers Sugar Land no matter how long the lines.

  This location is hugely lacking in customer service. There is always inconsistency in filling prescriptions. One time I was told on the phone it would be $0 and when I checked out it was $280. The person told me the student quoted me $0 Bc she hadn’t ran it through my insurance company. Another time I had the wrong dosage filled from a prescription that was discontinued over a year ago. I hope their mistakes don’t end up hurting someone. It’s a cheaper location but you get what you pay for. Be careful and always check your medication, dosage, expiration date, etc!!! Bc the staff is not doing QA checks.
