Staff and doctor were very friendly, they didn’t hurry you through the appointment. They took the time to listen and order my referrals as needed.

2nd Update 2/18/2026
Few days ago someone from their appointment booking department called and apologized on behalf of the booking agent. She said another person will also call because you got mistreated at the front desk. No one called until today.
Someone called 2 days ago that they will do a virtual appointment now to discuss lab results basically discuss about meds to continue or change. They setup today’s time 9.15am. Today I called and clicked on the link they sent me in the text to join the meeting and was asked to pay $70. Note that my in office visit copay is $35. That was not good. So I called their office because no one ever told me about this before. Now I’m forced to set a physical appointment which is 1 week far and when I should take new meds asap because my lab results aren’t good. The labs were done 9 days ago. I’m already late because of them. They could have just send the prescriptions to pharmacy which were needed. It’s that simple but they want to bill my insurance again and again and again.
Alas I’m going to find someone else. Even though I like the doctor. 😡

Called yesterday they gave me appointment for today 8.30am. When I arrived counter staff told me I do not have an appointment. Then she said I owe $5 from last time from my copay. Incorrect. I have paid $55 copay according to surest plan and that time the counter staff ageed with me. I also had the surest app showing $55 copay. Very bad service . I m still put in long and un necessary waiting. I have to leave at 9.30 for my work and looks like I can’t as no one is cooperating here. Im changing from 5 star to 1 star and may be will never return back. They already took my copay for today. I asked for supervisor, staff asked my why. I told her to complain about what’s happening here. She told me to have a seat - again very rudely. After some time I was called in and I was seen by doctor. Doctor and her nurse was very courteous, understood the situation, empathized with me and made it quick. I also mentioned that I have updated my pharmacy over the phone and today during the check in process so I would like the Rx to be sent to CVS. Yet again text received that it was sent to old pharmacy. Now I’m calling again to have THIS fixed. I don’t know how long will this take. 😢 😡

I decided to stop seeing my previous PCP because they were greedy, unethical, and unprofessional. Sadly, that seems to be the case with many these days.
After reading all the positive reviews, I scheduled an appointment (10/6/25) with Dr. Nadin — and that’s how a doctor should be. Dr. Nadin Farid and RN Ms. Thomas both were excellent. I’m hoping my next visit will be just as good.

Front desk was extremely efficient!
Nursing assistant and testing techs were efficient and professional as well!
And I love Dr Khan. I’ve been his patient for a year and a half but I feel respected that I get to be a part of my treatment and I’ve never felt rushed through any appointment!

Very predatory practice. They will do anything possible to make sure they squeeze every cent out of you while not being knowledgeable about what is actually going on with you. Was forced to set up a TeleHealth appointment to discuss bloodwork ($40) instead of just a simple call like EVERY other practice. When I asked questions about my bloodwork they were unable to answer anything and said to come back in 3 months so we can do bloodwork again and figure out the answers (spend more money). Useless clinic. DO NOT GO HERE.
