  First, they don’t have a patient portal for established patients to book appointments online, you have to call. I found that surprising. I’ve been here once before, so I figured scheduling would be quick and easy. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for over a week. The first time I called, it was about five minutes before closing, I didn’t realize they closed at 5. They told me they would call me back “first thing,” but I did not get a callback. I made it clear that while it wasn’t an emergency, it was urgent and I needed an appointment. The second time I called was last Friday, about ten minutes before closing (apparently they close at 4 on Fridays, which I didn’t know). Again, I explained that it was urgent and hoped they could help me schedule real quick, but they told me they would call me back. I understood and waited for a callback. This Monday, they did call late in the morning, but i heard there was a fire alarm and that they would call me back again. Unfortunately, I still haven’t heard from them. Nor have a received an update on whether there was a fire or not or whether it was a drill. If there was a fire, I hope everyone is okay. I understand that the doctor may have additional privacy or security concerns, especially being well-known on social media. However, it shouldn’t be this difficult for an established patient to book an appointment. I could not wait any longer, so I ended up scheduling with another dermatologist at Methodist. I’m just disappointed with the scheduling process mostly and I hope that they can get that fixed. I don’t know for sure if I’ll come back, but probably not.

  Dr. Riahi is one of the finest doctors i have ever had. He explained my situation to me, took care of my biopsy without any pain or even feeling it. The follow up was prompt, accurate, and above all else; he removed the cancer and saved me. If there were 10 stars I would give them. Thanks Dr. Ryan.

  Went here for a basal cell removal on my ear. Was quoted 16 to 1800. Then the day I come in was quoted 18 to 2400. I went ahead got the procedure when I went to pay they charged me 1800. Now a month-and-a-half later I'm getting a bill for $627. When I called and asked them about the bill I received, they said there was a mistake in the billing when I paid and that I really did owe $627. Imagine that, the mistake that they made in my billing bringing the final bill to the high point of their highest quote. This place is a joke and I will never be coming back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone either

  I came here for mole check and ended up doing 2 biopsy, dr riahi told me that out of the mole biopsy fee that $40 of it goes to the lab for the lab to do their testing. Come to find out that was a lie!!! Now im being charged $500 EXTRA from the lab they use called pro-path !! Like I do not have no 500 on top of the 460 i already paid!! Like be honest about the lab fee and costs so people can actually choose to go ahead with any procedures if they can afford the lab costs!! Not happy and never coming here again !!
