  This happened in 2024, but it made me immediately cancel my membership. During the reformer session, I took a minute to rest during an exercise. The instructor saw and immediately took all the resistance off. It was already on the recommended lowest setting. I had been going for an over a year and the whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth. I get it if my form was incorrect or if I kept taking constant breaks. But the teacher could have asked or talked to me after class. Tbh the no resistance was probably more unsafe because my body went flying without any tension. 2 stars instead of 1 because there are some gem instructors.

  Stay away from this place. They have very poor customer service and all they want is your money. My wife had been member for years and had been having very bad experiences. They kept charging you monthly fee even they closed down for weeks when they had AC problems. It's been difficult to cancel the service. They keep charging you when you already told them to terminate the membership. They won't cancel your membership even multiple times mentioned no intention to continue. They are money hungry not prioritize on customer service. Very disappointed. They threatened to ruined my wife's credit if don't continue to pay and have been adding up monthly membership dues every month. This is how they are doing business.

  Took the intro class in different location and decided to take $35 single class to try out at this location. Just to found out if you’re 10 mins late they will not let you in the class and no cancellation and reschedule available for you. I was driving all the way from downtown to this location. They still charged another $20 for no show. Even tho I was there just wasn’t able to take the class. The instructor apologized to me saying they have policy … was gonna give 0 star but giving 1 star because the instructor apologized to me.
