The glasses were under warranty and they had the same pair in stock. Quickly switched out the lenses and on my way to take him his new pair of glasses! Thank you so much!!!!

Making an appointment was very easy and flexible and they even called to offer me an earlier appointment so I didn't have to drive in bad weather. I felt welcomed from the moment I stepped into the office from the moment I left. Will definitely be returning!

While I was there a man came in and the lady behind the desk adjusted his glasses for free and he wasn't even a customer! It isn't every day you find companies that pay this much attention to customer service.
