  Bridget is very helpful. One of the other ones, not so much. It's difficult to navigate the confusing press 1, press2...just to talk to someone.

  PERMANENTLY CLOSING LOCATION!!! Totally frustrated!! Why are they closing this location? it was not built long ago and has a drive thru pharmacy window. Why don't they close that old store at Kuykendal @ Louetta. It only has walk up window for pharmacy. Will have to shop at HEB or Walmart from now on. Dummer.

  Dealing with this pharmacy has been awful. They are hard to get ahold of and the drive through has taken quite a while every time I have been there. I refilled two prescriptions online (triple checked for this location) with a confirmation they would be ready yesterday. I show up yesterday to hear they hadn't gotten any notification of any refilled prescription for me.. After discussing the items I learned one was out of stock but was promised a refill ready today (it is urgently needed) and got a message in the afternoon today saying that it has been delayed until later tomorrow.... I then tried transferring my prescription to another pharmacy with more locations and which has the items I need in stock, ready to go and it really appeared that Kroger was not being cooperative. I called to check on the status after learning the new pharmacy hadn't received anything, and spoke with someone at Kroger who in a very unnecessarily rude tone said "I already faxed that over. Like a few hours ago.." Despite JUST getting off the phone with the new pharmacy who had gotten nothing. Now the new pharmacy has attempted to call Kroger to get a verbal transfer/verbal confirmation of the prescription. I am not sure if this pharmacy will comply with them in that way or not - but it certainly feels like a hostile environment. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. The issue is ongoing and I really may not get my prescription on time because of how difficult Kroger has been.

  Excellent experience!!!! If you want to "solve the problem" this is the place.... I have tried Kroger Pharmacies around and always there is something giving ptoblems.. At this location I always find Problem Solvers in my responsability of taking cate of my parent's prescriptions.. Specially VIRGINIA... OMG with this lady.. She doesnt know the "NO" word.. God Bless ladies at this location...

  I always have to call to get them to actually fill my prescriptions. I’ve given them two week days before and it still wasn’t filled.
