  I was looking for glasses for about two months and visited 3 different optical stores. Store Optical truly impressed me with its wonderful selection. I would like to sincerely thank the manager, Courtney and May for their patience and excellent assistance. ☺️I highly recommend this store!

  Really bad service by the manager, they promised to have my eye glasses in two weeks , never delivered their promises , bad attitude waited for her ( the manager ) to come back from lunch , and when she returned did not even acknowledged me for good 10 minutes after she return was d to the store asked her to inquire about m y eye glasses she said that she could not , ask her for the number of the lab and she mentioned that they don't have a anniversary to reach , she could not give me a satisfactory answer as a manager in charge of the store that is really bad ? She should allow the other associate to deal with be the customer? I felt the associate working with her is been ontomidated by her while they have done better job than her ? I will not go back to this store , I even hated Target just because of her I n think her name was Courtney n not sure ? But you can count on me that target optical will not get any recommendations from this customer

  Horrible experience ! Made my son’s appointment 2 weeks prior appointment was scheduled. When scheduling receptionist confirm that they take my son’s insurance. A day before my appointment called to confirm my appointment time and they confirm the time. When we arrived to my son’s appointment they told me that they didn’t take my son’s insurance and the front desk lady asked if someone had reach out to me and of course I said no. It was so unprofessional that no body had the courtesy to call me and notify me that they didn’t take our insurance specially when I was told they did when scheduling appointment.

  At the optician's, the girl treated me very well; she was very kind and friendly. When I arrived for the appointment, the place was closed, so I went to ask what was going on. The girl there told me they were open, so I waited inside. She was very kind, wondering if the doctor had called. It seemed she had arrived; she was late. Then she saw me and was a bit rude to me. Apparently, she was alone and seemed a little rushed. She told me she didn't understand why I saw the letters differently every time she showed them to me, and I told her my eyes were dry. She checked my chart and saw that I have diabetes, high blood pressure, and dry eyes, and she asked why I hadn't told her before. Anyway, she said I needed to have an eye exam and dilation, but since she was alone, she couldn't check my insurance. She said she would call me to make a new appointment and gave me my prescription for glasses. She said she was going to write a note there saying that I saw the letters differently every time, and that's why I went there because I have vision problems. In short, it was a Very bad experience, definitely not going back to that doctor

  Great experience here! The doctor was very nice & the store manager Courtney helped me get some glasses and contacts for a great price.
