I hang up and drive there anyways because it said my order was delivered by ups 3 DAYS BEFORE (I followed the track my order link which took me to ups) however nobody called me from target optical to tell me they were there. I go and I politely say im there to pick up an order and she asks if I had an email or a call saying they were there and I say no and start explaining that it says it was delivered by ups and again, she cuts me off with an attitude and says I understand but do u have the email from us…like if u would have listened I couldve explained to you what I was going to say. I give her my name and boom theyre right behind her. I dont understand why she had an attitude. we all have our bad days but work is work. never ordering from this optical place again. made me feel like a bother.

The guy on the phone told me yes and then when I got there, they telling me that they don’t take the insurance so not only did I pick up my daughter early from school for no reason I waste 30 minutes of gas and my time.
