I’m a gym newbie and haven’t ever felt judged or awkward coming here. Very clean and well maintained equipment overall. The guy who works the front in the mornings with the mustache and glasses (sorry, I don’t know his name) is always very friendly and really on top of restocking the towels at the cleaning stations. Pretty good gym that has mostly everything you need for a good workout, at a very reasonable price.

Jocelyn has been working with planet fitness for as long as I can remember, covering many different shifts throughout the years. She sets an amazing example for all existing and recent newer staff members with her attentiveness and always having a warm welcome to all members and guest. More Pf centers need great staff like Jocelyn at there locations, two thumbs up thanks to her!
- RMReshma MakkarSep 29, 20251.0Most of the staff is great, except for a staff member named Jocelyn. She is so rude and always has an attitude. The first time I came to this location she was unhelpful and straight unwelcoming. Mind you this was my first impression of this location. I asked her for help since it was my first time using the perks of my black card membership and didn’t know how to start the hydro massage. I literally asked her what the process was and all she said is you have to check in. I stood there in front of her trying to figure it out for at least 5 mins and she didn’t bother telling me she had to manually start it for me after I checked in. When my son finally said why don’t you ask her, I responded to him that is what I did in the first place, but she didn’t assist me. I kept coming and each time I came in if she was working upfront she never greeted us, but she greeted other people entering the gym. Do better planet fitness, don’t hire people who don’t have people skills and can’t provide basic customer service at the bare minimum…
