- THTom HigginsAug 15, 20212.0They sold me a half empty prescription. It was supposed to be full and factory sealed. I didn't notice when I bought it. It was in a bag. When I opened the bottle the next morning I was like, what is going on. The seal was opened in a weird way, like with a tool. So I called and asked if I needed to call the DEA or police. When I went in they said they checked their audit and they have no record of the pills missing. Um, ok, that makes it that much worse, cause I know what I got. It's Crohn's medication not narcotics and it's Really Expensive. Somebody obviously doesn't know what they're doing. I'm really not sure who to report this to. They did make it right and filled the rest of the prescription after a day. But the mistake and their poor records shows their incompetence. Check your prescription before you leave the store. This is a great pharmacy or was when Heather was there. She was the pharmacist that opened this location and did a great job. Bent over backwards working with our insurance. Jiggy is great too and he's very helpful but was not there either day this occurred. All staff is really friendly. I'm just really disappointed in this situation that occured...

Over the last two years every time we need a prescription we are told a specific amount of time before the prescriptions are ready. We show up to pick them up and they always need another 20-40 minutes! We even give them at least 30 minutes past when we are told to pickup and still never on time! If you are a family that doesn’t have hours to wait in the parking lot with sick screaming kids this isn’t the pharmacy for you!
