Hands down one of the worst pharmacies you could ever go to. I've been going to them for about 2 years at this point and not a single time have I ever received my medication in a timely order. I ALWAYS have to go days or WEEKS without my meds because these people don't know what they're doing. Go literally anywhere else to any other pharmacy

My mom comes here, only due to convenience. I'm the daughter. They are horrible. If you go to a doctor that day and need a prescription filled, forget it! It is min. 2 days before you can get a scrip. filled. Have gone several times, when script was supposed to be ready and was turned away for another hour or more. I'm surprised Kroger headquarters hasn't done something about this. They ask you to do a survey for feedback on receipt, but it doesn't look like it's made a difference. If you're looking for a new pharmacy to start using, I would NOT suggest this one.

I 've used this pharmacy for 15 + years. They are always busy but get it right and are very friendly

Horrible customer service. The lady made ridiculous amounts of unnecessary faces when looking up my information.
