I've been going to them for about 2 years at this point and not a single time have I ever received my medication in a timely order. I ALWAYS have to go days or WEEKS without my meds because these people don't know what they're doing. Go literally anywhere else to any other pharmacy

It is min. 2 days before you can get a scrip. filled. Have gone several times, when script was supposed to be ready and was turned away for another hour or more. I'm surprised Kroger headquarters hasn't done something about this. They ask you to do a survey for feedback on receipt, but it doesn't look like it's made a difference. If you're looking for a new pharmacy to start using, I would NOT suggest this one.

He goes out of his way and up and beyond for customers. You can tell he truly cares and I think it’s wonderful he takes time to learn peoples name. It was quite a surprise when I went in there and he called me by my last name.
