The medical staff was great, super friendly and make me feel comfortable and laugh which helped calm my nerves. the provider Kelly Ebner is amazing and has great bedside manners. she really explained my results and health concerns very well.where I could understand. I asked alot of questions and never felt rushed.

They were quite responsive to my messages in the patient portal and helped me get a new prescription without requiring a revisit. Andrea even proactively followed up with ME after the weekend to make sure I was feeling better. Wow. These folks earned their rating, and if I could I'd give them even more than 5 stars. ORIGINAL: The receptionist Andrea was an absolute ray of sunshine. Very sweet, incredibly happy and just all around nice. Kelly Ebner was also very sweet and helpful. She diagnosed me but was also willing to hear me out when I was concerned we may not have covered all bases. I'd definitely come back here again. Warning though, bring a jacket. Reception is freezing! They are aware, but out of their control.
