- LBLucy BarnardSep 3, 20251.0I called to check on a prescription. I gave the lady my information and she looked up my account and asked which medication I was calling about. I gave her the name of the medication and she replied that I do not Sell with them. I Sell with the pharmacy down the street. I just sat in stunned silence. She finally said that she could see the medication I was asking about and it had been denied by my insurance but I sell with the pharmacy down the street. I said ok and she hung up. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from HEB pharmacy. Extremely disappointed with this level of service. There are far more professional ways to let me know that I accidentally called the wrong location.

I'm leaving this review after the 3rd time dealing w her. She needs a job behind the seens not the face representing HEB. Zack however is professional.
