- MMMelissa MarionJan 16, 20261.0One specific pharmacy staff member (Adriana) does not know what she’s doing and told me wrong information on two occasions delaying the arrival of one of my medications that I was already out of. I had to do my own research to confirm her information was incorrect and had to speak to someone else in the pharmacy to confirm this and find a resolution. When I informed her that the information she had given me was wrong and explained the situation, she attempted to relay what I had just told her like she came up with the resolution herself rather than just hearing it from me. Rude, unprofessional, incompetent are only three words to describe my interactions with this individual. I see other reviews also complaining about her being rude to the customers. Why is she still employed here????

"If we do, it would be in those boxes I have not gone through yet." While they continue chatting with each other. Someone needs to train them on what customer service is. Seriously.

Recently I needed an antibiotic but was working long shifts, and I wasn’t going to make it to the pharmacy until 5 mins after closing time. The Pharmacist, Stephen, was kind enough to wait for me so I could pick up my antibiotics rather than waiting several days until I was off work again to be able to pick it up. I appreciate the staff being so accommodating and kind enough to do this for me. I’m sure this is not something they usually do, and I greatly appreciated it!
