  I used to love filling my medications at H-E-B. They were always great about filling prescriptions quickly and keeping the medications I need in stock. Both my husband and I are disabled, and we both see a pain management doctor. Our prescriptions come from the same doctor and never change. H-E-B had no problem filling them for an entire year until one day they suddenly decided they would no longer fill our pain prescriptions because our pain doctor wasn’t located in the Spring area. This left us in a difficult situation because we had to find a new pharmacy, and the other pharmacies refused to take over our prescriptions after seeing that H-E-B had previously been filling them for so long. The pharmacy manager was quite rude about the situation, and I still don’t understand how they could abruptly refuse to fill prescriptions they had been filling without issue for the entire previous year. I would understand if they refused from the gecko, but they had absolutely no issue with it until one day they did. I really wish they would reconsider because they are such a convenient pharmacy for us especially with the severe medical issues my husband and I have.

  I loved this HEB. Isles were very spacious and organized. The H-E-B partners work very fast and have great energy. Restrooms were pretty clean as well, just wish there were air fresheners inside each stall. On a Friday, the parking lot was very full. I don’t think I’ve ever had to take this long to find parking at any HEB, even ones that have small parking lots. I’m usually towing a trailer every time we go to HEB so this very busy parking lot was a challenge. HOWEVER, even though the parking lot was full, there wasn’t too many customers inside HEB which I liked so I could be in and out :)

  Medicine is on back order.. i wait and wait. I call to check up and I'm no longer in queue for my order. Was told that they don't go with next in line.. they just pick people to fill at random for anyone waiting. It's 2025.. there has to be a better way by now..

  This is the worse Pharmacy service I ever had in my entire life their argument all the time is that they never received the Dr. request
