  I'd have given NO STARS but I had to give one. I went next day to return some bunk creatine HCL I didn't like, to the same girl I bought it from. She remembered me, but couldn't refund the purchase because the email address I gave did not match the one on "my account", and I couldn't find the receipt to save my life. We even had the manager on speaker phone to try and figure how I could return it and be refunded! He had no clue, and is probably out of his depth if he can't successfully satisfy a long time customer of GNC with regard to a $20 return. I'll never go back into a GNC again, especially this one. I can't believe they haven't figured this out! People change email addresses all the time. I specifically have two. One for me, and one for people like GNC that send unwanted marketing emails twice daily. Buyer Beware!
