I went for the free intro class, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The location where this is at, I was initially concerned about privacy, but the set up inside is great. Parking out front is limited, but there’s tons of space immediately beside the studio. You are probably 75% hidden from street view but still get natural light. The equipment was all in great condition, and while the studio is small it wasn’t cramped. They even set up name tags for us at the stations, which I thought was a sweet touch.
The into class went quick, but the instructor did a great job at introducing some of the main movements and equipment that they use in classes. They also spent time talking about different types of Pilates, and were super accommodating for a shoulder issue I have. I went ahead and signed up for a membership because of how welcoming and friendly everyone was, and because I really appreciated that they took time to talk with people during the movement and check in with us to make sure they we were doing ohk and working the correct muscle groups.
This studio has a minimum 3 month commitment, and the price for 8 classes a month comes out to about $30 a class, but they do have other package options. This is one of the first workouts that I have truly enjoyed, so for me that price is worth it, but I realize that’s a big factor for a lot of people. I’m excited to try out some more classes!

If you're new to pilates they're a great place! They have different level classes and all instructors are very knowledgeable.
I've tried pilates at other studios and my issue was always they were moving fast for my first class. Usually would try the intro class and not go back. However, here they have a separate intro class to go over some intro moves on the reformer and you decide if you want sign up. I go once a week to supplement my other gym workouts.

I loved everything about this Pilates studio. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The instructor was very understanding and funny, and she made sure we did every movement correctly, with safety as her top priority. The stretches were amazing and really helped relieve my back pain. I did lose focus for a moment due to how relaxing the stretches were, but overall the experience was excellent and very supportive

Great place to do pilates!! Everyone is really welcoming and helpful. I really like how the instructors set good vibes for the workouts and offer tips. I started a couple weeks ago and went out of town for the holiday and REALLY missed my sessions. I booked a session as soon as I got back. Workouts are low impact and may seem easy at times but are effective.
