    I don't know what I would do without this place! Life is busy and it takes 20 minutes two or three times a week and I know that I am getting a lot for my money and my time! A 20 minute workout here is like a 2 1/2 hour workout in the gym. It really is! I love all of the trainers and the owners. Check it out!

    My coaches are positive, encouraging, accepting of my current body, and committed to helping me improve my health. The facility is intimate and perfect for getting one on one attention and being a great atmosphere to work out. I am so glad I took the chance to try out Body 20!

    Great staff helpful, fun and supportive! The workout is a 10 love it! Have a bad lower back and this makes it so much easier to strengthen my core. Thanks Body 20! You should check it out!
