Our programs are backed by science and developed by some of the most educated performance coaches in the industry. Our North Houston facility (ATH-Spring/Klein) is located on Stuebner Airline Road, within The Farm League Park and next to the uScore Soccer Complex.
Also operating within the building is Houston Methodist Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. ATH helps to complete Houston Methodist’s return to play continuum by providing post-rehab sports performance training for athletes and regular adults who are recovering from injuries and looking to get back to pre-injury condition. Together ATH and Houston Methodist also collaborate on human performance education for local high school, middle school and club sport coaches in the community.

Our sports training programs include agility training, jump training, strength and conditioning, sprint training, plyometric training, and more. The skills taught in these classes benefit ALL sports from soccer, swimming, football, basketball, softball, baseball, lacrosse, to volleyball and beyond.
Our adult fitness training includes weight lifting, functional fitness, HIIT, cardio, core and more. You'll never do the same workout twice in this program. We include modifications to meet you where you're at, so whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you're a seasoned pro, you can benefit from our training.
We also host fitness events and sports camps during school breaks.

We also have power racks throughout the building to meet all of your strength training and weight training needs – including barbells, standard plates and bumper plates.
Other equipment includes Keiser air compression equipment, functional trainers, an elliptical, stationary bikes, self-propelled treadmills, a rower, med balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, resistance bands, and more.
