  I Called at home on last week to inquire about provider services and were informed that I would need my Doctor referral and my insurance information to check if they accepted my insurance. All documents were faxed in and I was informed that they received everything and Someone from their office would reach out to me. I waited a week for a returned call and never received on. I called today and now I am being informed that they cannot locate my insurance and I was transferred four different times and they were about to transfer me again before I asked to speak to the Director. This is extremely important that I get the proper help I need. I am hoping that the director calls me back asap. I finally spoke with a person who identify herself as the Director and promised to call me back but never did. I have called today and got my call transferred six different times!!! Nobody wants to do their job meanwhile their lazy unprofessional employees are tarnishing this company brand. I am filing a complaint against this off, seems they need to close the office down for a week and actually train their employees on how to do their job!!!

  Care staff is unreliable. Admin doesnt care when they no call no show to provide care. The response from admin is "A WARM BODY IS BETTER THAN NO BODY ". No it's your responsibility to provide quality care and reliable staff that show up, dont complain about providing care, and dont fraudulently claim hours that arent actually worked. It also is not the clients responsibility to tell you if the provider or caregiver show up or not and the times they came and left. I HAVE BEEN IN THIS FIELD FOR OVER 16YRS AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. QUALITY CARE IS WHAT PEOPLE IN NEED DESERVE. STEP UP OR CLOSE UP.

  We have been looking for a new therapy clinic that can come to our home for our son. They called me the same day they received the fax to verify the information they had, tell me what services my son would be able to get based on the times and availability I gave them, and then said the therapist should be set up by next week. Very friendly, fast response, and you don't have to stay on top of them. I highly recommend this place!
