I took the intro class at Club Pilates and had a great experience! Sara was an amazing instructor—very informative, patient, and welcoming. The intro class itself gave you insight of what to expect from the sessions. Thanks to Sara and Sylvia for the overall experience and making signing up for a membership an easy process. I left feeling excited to come back and can’t wait to begin my Pilates journey with the amazing team at Club Pilates!

Went for my intro class, and everyone was so helpful! Explained everything really well and made me so excited to actually sign up to be a member! Went to my first class and they remembered me and again the flow of class was great, not overwhelming for a newbie! Great workout and looking forward to more

I've been a member of Club Pilates for 4 years now and I can definitely say, that learning Pilates and making it a habit, change my life. I am 65, and I am in better shape now than in my 30s. I have seen members with dissabilities and the instructors always can accomodate the moves to them, so they can benefit from the class. It is a 12 reformer class, but everybody enjoys it. I would say to anybody thinking about giving Pilates a try, there is nothing to lose by booking an Intro class !

Welcoming and a great intro class where the instructor made everyone feel welcome. Assist with the reformer, position, breathing - all aspects she kept in focus to assist us newbies! Pleasant and friendly atmosphere; lovely studio

This studio consistently falls short on safety, professionalism, and basic operational standards: - Instructors lead clients through exercises that exceed the advertised class level, including spinal inversions in beginner classes despite being prohibited by corporate standards. - Clients fall during class, raising serious concerns about instruction and oversight. - A safety strap broke during class and caused a client to fall; the instructor then had the rest of the class continue performing the same exercise using that equipment. Balance bars are also not consistently secured. - Instructors do not consistently ask about injuries or limitations before class, which is a basic safety practice. - Class level, pacing, and instruction vary widely by instructor, with no clear or reliable standard across classes. - Frequent instructor turnover and constant use of substitutes—especially following the loss of some of the studio’s strongest instructors—has reduced consistency and overall quality. - Instructors use their phones, engage in side conversations, and interact with staff during class instead of actively teaching, cueing, and correcting clients. - Instructors have failed to show up for scheduled classes, with no notice or communication provided to clients. - Classes start late and end early, reducing the time clients are paying for. - The studio does not consistently enforce its own restrictions on late entry and progression to 1.5 classes. These issues are exacerbated by the incentive model where instructors are paid by the head. - The studio does not allow virtual check-in, yet clients are charged no-show fees for classes they attend due to inconsistent check-in practices at the front desk. If you are looking for a safe, structured Pilates experience, this location does not deliver.
