- TWterry webb2 days ago5.0I have been wearing the 3 Arch Support system since January 2025 with terrific results: no more low back pain. But for the past 5 months I have been experiencing at times very painful leg and knee pain standing up after sitting for longer than 20 mins I stopped back in to the store 2 days ago and explained this to Helen. She explained I was wearing the strengthener longer than necessary. It’s been 3 days now and my knee and leg pain is gone. Bottom line here is; This Arch support system really works! Thank You Helen for helping me get back on track!
