  Great experience with Cheryl in Southlake. She was gentle and reassuring with my son. She got a vein on the first try which is rare for us. We will be going to that location from now on.

  Second time in the last year that I’ve scheduled an appointment with you and I show up ten minutes prior to my appointment and you have a sign on the door saying no staff available today please go on line and reschedule!!! I drove to next closest location and was treated as a walk in waiting over 60 miles to get a simple blood draw.

  I had labs drawn yesterday, I first want to start with TIFFANY, she was simply AMAZING! Super quick and highly efficient at her job, You can tell she really cares and loves what she does. I have very small veins that pretty much are NONE of existent, I typically take people a long time to even find them let alone get it in the first try or have to use my hands, TIFFANY literally find it in like 30 seconds and get it in with out hesitation or missing it! She Bree my blood so fast I had no idea the process could be so fun, painless, and efficient! She only ever works in room two and I HIGHLY recommend requesting her when you go in to getting you labs drawn. I also had my 8yr. Old with me and she was extremely nice and playful with her. Tiffany truly made the world’s difference in this location. I don’t have labs run very often and I usually go to the one in Bedford, but here forward I will only come to this location to have Tiffany do the perfect Job! Thank you TIFFANY a for the most wonderful and efficient experience I’ve had at quest diagnostics! On another note, it was super easy to sign in the pace clients are in and out is pretty quick(is def worth showing up the 15 minutes early) I was seen earlier than my scheduled appointment since I was early.

  They have some new technicians here and they are horrible. She jabbed me so hard when drawing blood. Total butcher. Prior to the appointment, the two technicians spent 15 minutes chatting with each other. Then a line of patients formed and they were pissed that they want to go for lunch.

  I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics. The check-in process was very easy, and I didn't even have time to sit down before i was called back. As soon as I finished checking in, the nurse was ready for me. I explained that I'm usually a hard blood draw but she handled it effortlessly. She was also very funny & helped me relax because I tend to get nervous around needles. Her professionalism & calm attitude put me at ease. Unfortunately I cannot remember the nurse's name but will be sure to get it on my next visit. All-in-all the appointment was quick & smooth. I truly appreciate how efficient & kind the staff was.
