I was a bit nervous for my eye exam but everyone being so kind and patient really helped ease my mind. Amazing eye specialist and exam. He really took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions, he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! All around a wonderful experience. I highly recommend!

It was only after I had been there awhile that en employee asked me if I needed any help. At that time I was going through my selfies trying to narrow down my choices. She asked if I’d like a second opinion and I took her up on it. She asked me what frames I was deciding between and went around the store and grabbed the 5(!) frames I liked. She was very sweet, patient, and honest. I was interested in getting a clip-on but the ones for my frames were out of stock due to a manufacturing issue. She thought another frame’s clip-on would fit and looked up both frames’ measurements and asked a nearby coworker. They both thought they didn’t have any in stock at the store but he went and double checked and they had some and they fit! The ordering and checkout process was super smooth and easy.
