Peggy, Helen, and Lauren are all so wonderful each time we come in! They have helped my son so much by not only finding the best shoes and orthotics for his unique needs but they are also super knowledgeable and patient. They talk about what each orthotic does and how to wear them throughout the day. I am so greatful that they are guiding us on this path so that my son is his healthiest, best self!! Thank y’all more than words can say!!

We have been hearing about The Good Feet Store forever it seems. Well today my husband and I went to see what they had to offer. I AM SO GLAD WE DID. We made an appointment and when we got there the customer service is AMAZING. Miss Helen took really good care of us and helped us get what we needed. She explained to us why our feet back and our hips were hurting us like they were. We just took our shoes off and boy can ya tell. We should have done this sooner. Thank you Miss Helen !!!!

It was a good experience. However, the verdict of satisfaction with inserts and shoes, is still yet to be determined. I’ve been methodical about going from to the other until I get home and change to the relaxers. I invested to both pairs of shoes to achieve maximum comfort. My plantar fasciitis has flared up. I don’t think it was a good suggestion to eliminate the cork heel piece. If one leg is longer than other, I don’t why inserted off the shelf would compensate. The pain subsided when I added the cork heel in the right shoe

The salesperson shared great information about anatomy and muscle structure but was not upfront with pricing. The inserts helped my feet but I had to change to 4 different pair throughout the day which was tedious. She also took advantage of a “special” and threw in extra things that I did not want without asking. Then, 4 months later, the inserts just quit working for me. My feet hurt so badly I quit using them completely but still gave several months of payments to make. I recommend looking in to orthotics or inserts for specific foot issues.

I came in to Good Feet a little skeptical today, even after seeing a friend Mike this morning for breakfast who walked in normally after seeing him two months ago at the same restaurant for breakfast with a cane and hobbling . He spoke of Good Feet almost like a religious experience - he got emotional as he told me the transformation he experienced with your three arches and his wife vouched for it. My wife and I listened intently. You see I have been through a broken left hip (repaired with rod and pins) 18 months ago and then a left knee replacement 3 months ago, and with the correction of my gait from the new knee, 6 weeks after it, I had excruciating pain coming on my right side from my calf up to my hip and learned via x-ray and then MRI that I had serious stenosis in my spine (L3 – L4- L5), and have had PT, steroid shots in my spine, pain meds, muscle relaxants, using ice and heat in the middle of the night, and everything I can find in the way of creams and lotions to reduce pain. I have been getting better and gradually with an outstanding pain management physician. But I came to Good Feet quite desperate. My friend Mike was convincing, but I still went to the pain management physician’s office (after breakfast with Mike) and told her what I heard from Mike about Good Feet, and she said she had heard good things about Good Feet as well and that I should go. It is too early to say much about the impact of the 3 arches other than Peggy was very convincing in showing me the ink prints of my feet and how out of whack they were from “good feet”. She is a great listener, and I could tell that she cared. The price seemed a little bit steep, but from where I’m coming from, if it works, it will be greatly worth it. I didn’t feel a miracle in the store as Mike seemed to in his testimony at breakfast, but I just felt good about the purchase. I will keep you apprised. Peggy is passionate about what she does, and as a business owner and salesman myself, I respect people like her that sell with class. Good Feet is very lucky to have Peggy and Mike said the same thing about Helen there who cared for him. He called her his “Hero”. I called Mike from the store and got him reconnected with Helen. He thanked me profusely as he wanted to relay to her. They may be life friends. I may be saying the same about Peggy soon, and I sure hope so.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
