- JWJoe WengerNov 3, 20255.0I'd would like to share what was exceptional customer service with Dr Ronin. I recently completed cataract surgery in both eyes. After healing, and as a long time patient, I had Dr Ronin provide a new eyeglass prescription. Once the glasses were done we found some double vision occurring. Dr Ronin rechecked the Rx, which was spot on, but made a minor adjustment based on my symptom descriptions. The glasses were redone, this time they were better but still some double vision. The glasses were checked and met the RX, the new implanted lenses were ruled out based on some other factors, and the Rx had already been rechecked. Long story short, the frames had to be twisted very slowly and incrementally to adjust the angle of focus to my eyes. It appears my eyes are VERY sensitive to the angle of focus thru the lenses due to some type of very uncommon prism affect with the lenses and my eyes. After multiple trial and error attempts we finally got the double vision corrected with the proper horizontal twist to the frames. Now back to the eye surgery center to see why this is occurring, but I can properly see now in spite of a problem none of us has encountered before.
