  While waiting in line for prescription, I had to ask for assistance at the counter. Employee stood focused on her personal telephone, verbally speaking to others not insight. Talking about her turkey lunch order being made on her person phone. Once I spoke to her to help me, she explained she couldn’t see me. I completed my transaction and then I explained to her that she could very well see me. She could’ve just said she was sorry that she was on her personal phone instead of making excuses. When I told her it was an excuse, she wanted to point out that she didn’t have peripheral vision and pointed to her right eyes stating her medical history of surgery. I did explain to her. She is an adult at work. She should apologize for using her personal phone and not doing her job. She continued to argue and was very unprofessional.

  Excellent and friendly service. All of my many prescriptions are filled promptly and on time. I usually use their drive up window and never had to wait. They find the lowest price without me asking. Best and most convenient pharmacy.

  Receiving Lady spoke very rudely and unprofessional stating "I dont deal with yall, what do you want" when all I was going to do is ask for a name I can put on the delivery so I can create the invoice for Kroger. She needs to be coached on how to professionally and politely talk to delivery Drivers who work hard to bring goods to the store. Other than that all the cashiers were very polite and helpful as I visited and worked in there store and the store was great as well.

  They don’t hold much inventory—frequently told they have to order our meds cause they are out. Nice people though
