  This clinic showed me one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical facility. The front desk told me to reschedule, yet when I called back, they ignored call after call. When someone finally answered, they didn’t even let me finish speaking — they cut me off, said they “couldn’t understand me,” and hung up. After that, I try called back many times still nobody answered the phone. When I came in person to explain their mistake, they offered no apology, no responsibility, and no basic respect. The nurse threatened to call the police instead of fixing the problem, then tried to excuse everything by saying they were “short-staffed and busy.” There were no patients waiting... so busy doing? Just three people sitting around making excuses for not doing their job. And the worst moment — the moment that showed me exactly what kind of environment this is — was hearing them laugh loudly behind me as I walked out. That was cruel, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable from anyone working in healthcare. This clinic made it painfully clear that patients’ time, concerns, and dignity do not matter here. I would never trust them with my care again.

  They NEVER answer their phone and many times the recording says the office is closed during business hours. Terrible way to do business. Will not be giving my business to them.

  My husband had a stress test TWO weeks ago, and after MULTIPLE calls to the Southlake AND Bedford offices, we STILL have not received a call with results. Totally unacceptable.
