  CP Southlake has surprised me in the best way. I started in May and now I’m 100+ classes in, and I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt this strong, this clear, or this good in my own skin! My schedule only lets me take the 9am classes, which means I’ve been lucky enough to learn from the same powerhouse crew: Marissa, Alex, Bella, Zahira, Sneha, Stephanie, Pia, & Camila. They each bring their own magic through thoughtful sequencing, playlists that somehow match the moment, and an energy that makes you want to dig deeper without feeling overwhelmed. I walk out of every class feeling reset and proud. I’m really thankful for how consistently these teachers show up, because it’s been a huge part of me staying locked in and growing into more than my best self! ♥️

  I LOVE this studio! It offers several class options, each challenging in their own way. The instructors are so friendly and motivating. I definitely recommend trying it out if you're in or near the Southlake area. For the 2 star rating - there are lockers and cubbies so why are phones allowed in the class rooms?? I have never been to a studio that allows cell phones. The time before class is to center yourself on your mat, not for tiktok. This unfortunately happened during multiple classes, with students even texting during the middle of class too.

  This membership is truly worth every single penny! I wouldn’t even consider it a “splurge” because you truly are bettering yourself & growing stronger with every class. The instructors do an amazing job of making you feel welcome and celebrating every win, all in a completely judgment-free environment. My personal favorites are Stephanie, Katrina, and Seth, but every instructor brings something unique. Definitely try them all before picking your go-to’s! 15 stars if I could (just did!) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

  The just redid heat it’s enabling. Great class, amazing facility. My favorite studio in the area. Will get strong if you commit and except your body and build.

  Stephanie is the best! I love all her classes. Just started getting into Yoga sculpt in 2024 and stephanie’s classes are my favorites, with a consistent flow and easy to follow workout while pushing me to challenge myself. She has this incredible way of making each session feel both energizing and restorative. the mix of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in every class has made a huge difference in my fitness journey. + her positive energy and encouragement keep me coming back for more!
