  I talked to my momma on the phone today... Now that may not mean much to most people but for my momma to hear my voice, instead of texting the words, that means the world to me. Mom has gone years only hearing buzzing and ringing what she described as crickets chirping night, and day. She depended on reading the lips of anyone talking to her. All the family get togethers, everyone talking, and laughing, while she was feeling left out and isolated. Our family of course never meant for her to feel that way but I know she did. The sounds we all take for granted, birds singing, kids playing, raindrops hitting the window. Momma couldn't hear these beautiful sounds, for many years. Then this happened, my sister and mom visited the Miracle-Ear store in Sherman Texas. They tested her hearing, and fitted her for hearing aids. She could hear my sister say mom... Can you hear me?? And she could. And she said she could hear the AC. The man helping her said, that's the traffic outside you're hearing. Long story short.. she wasn't approved for financing. She had to go home in silence again... BUT my sister received a phone call. Mom was approved for the miracle of hearing foundation!!! See received her custom made miracle ears today!! The employees at the Sherman store, were very professional, and told mom whatever it takes they would help her. And they did!! I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart ❤️. My momma Joyce Harvey thanks you and our entire family. Mom said she needs to send a thankyou card. I told her a five star review is what I will do. Thankyou again for helping my momma.   Amanda and Krista have the best customer service! They are always available to help when my husband has issues with his hearing aids. They take their time and answer all questions. They really look out for their clients. We followed them from McKinney and appreciate their Expertise! Thank you ladies!
