  Our family has been extremely blessed to have had the compassionate & caring professionals at Hime Instead Sherman come into our home to care for our mother. They were so kind and supportive, meeting all her needs.They were so full of love & it bubbled over into our lives as well! They made the effort to go since & beyond to keep our home environment feeling like it would when Morher was able. They made some difficult weeks much brighter & better for her and for all of us. Their tender care allowed Mother to be in her favorite place, treated with dignity & respect. Home Instead care givers were dependable & loyal. They made sure her bedridden days at home were comfortable and peaceful. We are a big family and we felt that they became a part of us, prioritizing those things that were important to us as they so tenderly provided mothers care with the highest levels of integrity. We wish to express Our Heartfelt gratitude to the entire team from administrators to office staff & the caregivers of Home Instead !! They all became our favorites !!

  They were wonderful to my parents. Even after we moved them from home to assisted living, Home Instead helped with our needs in the transition period. We appreciate all they have done for our family!

  The care pros we had for my father-in-law were excellent! They showed up on time, were professional, and ready to help every time. We even needed an emergency shift, and within the hour, we had help; we could not have done it without Home Instead.

  The caregiver for my mother is self motivated - helping my mom and dad in areas where she sees a need. It is nice that she does not wait to be asked to do something, but rather jumps in to clean, provide companionship, or offer to go to the store or take one of them to the store, etc. The office staff is very friendly. They are prompt to answer the phone. I always have talked to a person versus a recording. I feel like a "neighborhood known" customer, versus a number. They have followed up on questions that I have asked regarding my mother's long term care policy. They have also initiated calls and research on their end regarding my mother's long term care policy; therefore, I feel as though I am navigating these water with an advocate. They have provided thorough and timely updates regarding change in our caregiver's schedule due to weather, illness, etc.
